right, so just in case it isn't clear yet, the only thing you use 'shnf' for in the name system is to name the top level directory. just create a new folder on your computer like this:

jmraz2003-01-01.shnf

and that 'f' stands for folder and it is a shn folder. you could conceivably put a '.flacf' if it is flac files.

anyway, inside the .shnf folder you put all the .shn files, .md5 etc. hope that helped!

Actually just to clarify the preferred flac naming scheme, instead of "flacf" use "flac16" or "flac24" to differentiate between 16 bit and 24 bit shows. Not that 24bit shows are common, they do exist and it is helpful to differentiate :)
